使用方法

1．除渣剂可在浇包、坩埚炉、电炉、浇铸机中使用。用人工或喷枪撒布于溶液表面尽量抛洒均匀以减少用量。

2．稍加搅动后，除渣剂在快速均匀膨胀的同时，在溶液表面急速结膜、与矿渣粘合在一起，集聚成与金属溶液容易分离的渣膜。

3. 用适当工具挑出渣体，便可得到干净的金属溶液。

4．除渣剂撒少许覆盖表面即可浇注，用量根据溶液的种类、溶液的含渣量、溶解炉的容量和对铸件质量要求而定，一般情况下使用量为溶液的0．1％一0．3％。

Method of use：
